Founder & Purpose
I am Kelly Anunson (B.S., M.S.), founder of Embrace. At my core, I am a truth-seeker—someone who follows the quiet inner call toward growth, healing, and authentic living. Embrace was born from my own journey of listening deeply, honoring the wisdom within, and choosing to live with intention and courage.
My background spans over 25 years in education as an instructor and student services professional, along with my work as a Reiki Master Practitioner, Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, and Certified Yoga Alliance instructor. These paths have shaped my belief that healing is never one-dimensional—it is an unfolding of the mind, body, and spirit together.
The purpose of Embrace is to create a safe, sacred space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they truly are beneath stress, expectation, and self-doubt. I believe that within each person lives an inner sanctuary—a place of clarity, resilience, and deep knowing—and that true healing begins when we learn to return there.
Through yoga, meditation, energy work, and compassionate inquiry, Embrace exists to gently lift others up, offering support, presence, and tools for transformation. My intention is to help individuals cultivate balance, reclaim joy, and step into a life that feels aligned, meaningful, and free.
Embrace is not about fixing what is broken—it is about remembering what is whole.
